Warm desks -  IT Contract into European mainland  

Boutique IT Recruitment Business with strong European client base seeks experienced Recruitment Consultants with experience of IT Contract into any mainland Europe markets. 

• Salary - £25,000 to £35,000 flexible dependent on experience.
• Industry leading commission structure (calculated to be 33% higher than the industry average).

 The remit will include new business development along with delivering on several warm accounts. The company covers the whole of Europe from their London office and has a variety of key accounts along with a portfolio of smaller active clients in the Microsoft Dynamics, Storage / Virtualisation, Digital Media, Embedded Software / Telecomms and Security Cleared IT markets. 

There are very real opportunities for entrepreneurial characters who want to expand their career either by selling or by building small teams and growing businesses, earning their own sales commission and an override on the teams they build. The company is a true meritocracy; the more successful you are the more reward and responsibility you will be given. 

The Person 

• Talented Contract IT recruiter with (ideally contract) experience of selling into the European Mainland.
• Good customer facing skills (will be taking a lead in relationships with several key clients).
• A second language is desirable, especially German, Dutch, Swedish or Norwegian.
