We currently have an excellent opportunity in our Manchester office for someone to join us as a Recruitment Consultant running a permanent desk.
The successful candidate will inherit a warm desk with an existing candidate and client base. This is a busy desk which has historically been very successful so the role will involve elements of both account management and new business development.
Previous experience of working within the heavy engineering sector would be advantageous.

Drive to Achieve
* To achieve all annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly financial targets laid out by the business
* Understand that the role is fast paced and target driven
* Understand the Adecco Group to be able to optimise all opportunities to sell the services of Roevin Retail and the Adecco Group
* Structure daily and weekly activities to ensure targets are met or exceeded
* Gain commitment from clients through regular sales calls and visits
* Ensure that high levels of customer service (to both clients and candidates) are achieved at all times
Relationship Building
* Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with all clients and candidates. Maintain high level of customer service at all times
* Develop a detailed knowledge of the nature and culture of all clients businesses
* Work closely with colleagues to achieve the objectives/targets of the branch
* Maintain regular contact with candidates to continually assess their needs, establish their availability, give feedback on their performance and actively seek suitable work for them to ensure a quality service is provided
* Establish and maintain good relationships with clients through regular telephone contact, visits and reviewing our service to ensure a quality service is provided at all times
