Trainee/Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Engineering - To £17k + OTE Year 1 £35k-£40k - Year 2 £60k + Company Holidays + Fantastic Incentives + Car Scheme. Your Profile The Graduate/Trainee Recruitment Consultant will be a Graduate or Graduate-calibre candidate, ideally with previous experience in a sales focused environment. Target driven, committed and driven by success, the successful individual will ideally have gained their experience in a telephone based sales role. Most important is a huge amount of enthusiasm and hunger to succeed, as this is a superb opportunity for the successful candidate to catapult himself or herself into the highly lucrative IT Recruitment Market! The Role The Graduate Recruitment Consultant role will involve business development, understanding the needs of your clients, sourcing candidates and matching candidates to the right clients.
