hyphen recruitment outsourcing is actively looking for an on-site Delivery Consultant to work with one of our clients based either at our Hinckley or Warwick site. You will have strong experience from an agency or on-site capacity ideally within the engineering and construction sectors however, we will also consider candidates from other industry backgrounds.
There is a strong emphasis on direct sourcing within this role so candidates must have experience of working in a fast paced environment where you will be expected to source high numbers of candidates.
Working alongside the Programme Manager, the Delivery consultant will be responsible for managing a range of recruitment activities including but not limited to:
* Working with the Programme Manager to understand the client needs and deliverables
* Meeting targets for recruiting from direct sources and where needed 3rd party suppliers
* Qualify job roles or service requirements on receipt of a newly authorised requisition, including timescales, interview schedules, expectations and market rate pay / costs with the client.
* Identifying candidates from a range of appropriate sources including self built talent pools, on -line advertising, on/off-line networking, databases and 3rd party suppliers where necessary
* Pro-actively develop networks of appropriately skilled resource to support sourcing activity
* Appropriately prioritising requisitions and work load
* CV screening, selecting and short listing candidates for telephone interviewing
* Telephone interviewing, selecting and short listing candidates for client face-to-face interviews
* Ensuring adequate and appropriate candidate feedback is provided
Essential Experience:
* Evidence of direct hiring recruitment is essential
* Recruitment delivery focus
* Networking focus
* Extensive knowledge of internet and off line databases
* On and off line networking
* Evidence of recruiting across a number of skill sets and sectors and of managing multiple campaigns and roles
* Evidence of building good customer relationships and of exceeding customer expectations
* Competency based interviewing at all levels
* In depth knowledge of the recruitment industry, recruitment methods and candidate search techniques
* MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
