Job Description

Our client is a specialist recruiter who recruit within the technical, industrial and manufacturing sectors. The role
They are currently seeking 2 consultants for their Manchester office. This is a very successful office and consistently achieves excellent results. They have a great team who enjoy working for this business. The role will be to recruit industrial and manufacturing personnel in to a variety of clients across the North West. You will be placing semi-skilled personnel but not in to low value, high volume business. They respect the work they do and will not give people away at low fees. The role would someone who would like to be fast tracked in to a senior consultant role, as the opportunity for promotion is very real in this branch.

Your background
You will have experience within recruitment. Obviously experience of the industrial sector would be ideal but other recruitment experience will be considered equally. You will perform the full recruitment cycle, from business development and sales to sourcing and interviewing candidates and making placements/filling bookings.
