Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Graduate Recruitment Consultant (Manchester)

Immediate Starts Available!

• Basic £16k - £18k

Our client is a very reputable recruitment organisation who specialise IT and Engineering Recruitment. They have several offices throughout the UK and are currently recruiting due to recent sustained success. They are currently looking for trainee recruitment consultants throughout their offices in the UK.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will undertake a 12 week training programme designed to provide you with all the key elements of the recruitment process and you will have a structured program to help you be a success in the industry. My client invests heavily in its employees and offers constant support and phone coaching to give you the best possible chance of succeeding.

Being a trainee recruitment consultant is extremely challenging, and only certain individuals will be suited to the environment and the challenges you will face. Some of the attributes you would require are:

• Money Hungry with a confident and positive attitude to exceed targets
• Self-Motivated with a strong hunger and desire to succeed
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Be able to think outside the box
• Ability to be tenacious and resilient and not let things get to you
• Be willing to go the extra mile and work long hours (this is not a 9 - 5 job)
