This is an excellent role if you are looking for account management and new business.

Job Title: Recruitment Consultant/Managing Consultant Technical Engineering
Based: Leeds
Basic: Up to £28k basic salary
OTE: Realistic £40k + in year 1

My Client

·My client specialises in search and selection within the engineering and planning sectors and due to expansion the opportunity has arisen for someone to join the existing team and start their own division.
·They are committed to providing a bespoke service based on quality and professionalism.
·My client has been in the Search market for the last 18 months and would like to recruit someone who could bring business and possibly a new sector to the company.

The Role

·Existing client management and generating new business.
·Promoting the company via cold and warm calling.
·Finding candidates through various sources including headhunting, advertising and networking.
·Dealing with temporary and permanent candidates.

Ideal Candidate

·Experienced at least full Consultant level
·A background in Search and Selection
·Someone with the drive and motivation to set up their own division and bring business with them
·A technical background would be an advantage but is not a necessity
·A contract background would be of particular interest to my client
