Working in the permanent and contract division, the successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring placement targets are met in line with business objectives and customer goals. ACCOUNTABILITIES Procure business orders Delivery of placement / profit targets Identification and Selection of candidates/contractors Customer management / development Participate in management reviews / processes Comply with Company quality standards and internal procedures You will ideally come from a technical recruitment background and have the ability to project manage the complete recruitment process from point of order to successful placement. You must be a car driver. Additionally, you will have a proven track record of business development with new and existing accounts and a real passion for delivering exceptionally high levels of customer service.
