• Salary - £18,000 (rises to £23,000 at 12 months).

As a trainee recruitment consultant your daily activities will include: 

• Ownership and responsibility for building, developing and running your own business area.
• Developing client relationships and new accounts through telephone sales.
• Undertaking candidate searches for key assignments (including advertising/headhunting etc...).
• Advertising vacancies on key jobsites/social media sites.
• Meeting clients to discuss their needs as well as proposing solutions.
• Undertaking in-depth candidate interviews.
• Offering guidance, advice and consultancy to your clients and candidates.
• Interview management and offer management with successful candidates.
• Making placements, earning commission and having fun!

• Be a graduate OR of graduate calibre
• Be Self-driven and committed to succeed in challenging target-driven sales environment.
• Have at least 12 months sales experience
• Key qualities that you will need to succeed are a natural flair for sales, drive, ambition, determination, professionalism, assertiveness, confidence and an articulate telephone manner.
