Recruitment - Recruitment Consultant - Civil Engineering - Leeds: LS11
The Package:
Basic salary up to 20K with realistic OTE expectations 50K+ (uncapped monthly & quarterly commission schemes) with a company car/4.5K car allowance and 23 days holiday increasing to 25 days with service.
The Recruitment Opportunity:
Our client currently has an opening for an existing civil engineering desk in the above branch. You will be dealing with a number of difference candidates and clients from all aspects of the civil engineering sector.
The Person Spec:
Your role will involve all aspects of the recruitment process including sourcing clients and candidates, phone canvassing and travelling to various client sites. As a Recruitment Consultant with our client you will work actively with a portfolio of clients and candidates in order to recruit freelance construction staff to clients within the specialist sectors including PQS & Project Management.
The ideal candidate will be from either a technical or construction background will a proven sales record.
