Recruitment Consultant/Senior Recruitment Consultant, Management consultancy into Europe. London based £20k-£30k plus Bens/OTE.
A young management consultancy organisation are specialists in the management consultancy function, focussing on corporate strategy, transformation and improvement into Germany, Benelux and the UK.
Focussing on the senior level roles in the management consultancy arena, my client is a mature, consultative consultancy who have positioned themselves at the forefront of the management consultancy arena across Europe.
You will be a proven biller, having billed a minimum of £200k in the past 12 months, you will have been working for a specialist niche recruitment consultancy for at least 2-3 years and ideally you with be of graduate education background.
By joining this firm you will be given full training and support along with the responsibility of running you own desk as if it were your own business. One of the main selling points of this organisation is that a director will attend every meeting with you in order to sell the full advantages of this company.
