Our client is a boutique executive search firm that source and place senior candidates into the select group of institutions that make up their client base. They have a history of hiring and developing exceptional graduates. It is very rare that people leave the company to go to a competitor as they are focussed on progressing graduates to eventually become future leaders of the company. They are extremely supportive and loyal to their staff.
The successful candidate will join as an Analyst/Researcher, working under an experienced senior consultant. They will receive the training and guidance necessary to progress quickly with a view to developing an area of expertise and becoming a consultant themselves.
They would be:
A graduate from a top tier institution with a minimum of a 2:1, preferably having completed an internship in the financial sector whilst at university
Polished
Articulate, in both a written and verbal sense
Charismatic, Energetic and Enthusiastic
Driven
Proactive
Commercially aware
Analytical
They would be expected to:
Source and profile suitable candidates over the telephone
Support Directors and MD's in client meetings; drawing up pre-meeting market analysis and preparation in addition to post meeting reports
Produce credible and consistent written material in the form of candidate profiles and client reports
Develop a specific area of expertise within the industry
Develop an in depth understanding of our clients systems and search methods
They would receive:
Mentorship with a highly experienced and successful consultant, in order to aid and nurture their development
A highly competitive base salary
Quarterly bonus and commission structure
