As a Trainee Consultant you will initially be working a alongside a Senior Consultant who will be guiding you on your everyday tasks. You will be responsible for finding the best talent in the market and headhunting those potential candidates most suited to your clients hiring requirements. You will spend most of your day on the phone although you will be expected to get out into the City and network with potential candidates.
When you have fully grasped the candidate side of the business you will be made a consultant (this can take as little as 3 months) where you will liaise directly with the businesss clients on a daily basis. You will then be responsible for managing the 360 degree of the recruitment cycle from winning business, to sourcing candidates and finally making placing the candidate.

A candidate should also be Degree educated or Degree calibre with a 2:1 or above. Candidates should also have proven past sales success, ideally in a non retail environment.
