Talented Recruiters sought - any sector experience into insurance / finance - global markets.
Operating within a number of niche insurance / financial services markets the company is a genuine market leader with an excellent global reputation. The nature of their client base means that the average salary they are working is c£75,000. Many of their roles command six figures. They are enjoying continued success and expanding several of their key desks.
This year there are several £1M+ billers and numerous half million billers. As well as competitive salary and benefits my client offers recruitment consultants excellent commission (>25%) which means that £50K+ in year 1 and six figures in year 2 is the norm. The average annual billing of the recruitment consultants who have been in the business more than 12 months is £350K.
Recruitment consultants who work for my client enjoy a cooperative, professional and supportive working environment. Requirements
18 months + recruitment experience (any "white collar" sector).
Good communication skills and a polished approach.
A genuinely driven personality and desire to succeed. This is certainly not a "9 to 5" opportunity. To be successful in these markets you will take a candidate driven approach including working into the evenings.
Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
The company has a track record of developing recruitment consultants into highly successful billers in these lucrative global markets. Previous insurance / finance sector experience is not required.
