Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Head Hunter. Roles in London, Surrey and Bristol available.
Calling all 2011 graduates!! We are holding interviews NOW for our recruitment, sales and head hunting roles. Full training provided with our training schemes. London based. Basic salaries from £18,000 - £25,000 depending on the position and candidate experience.
The person
You should be a confident and ambitious individual who is motivated by a role which offers variety, quick progression and unbeatable financial rewards. You must be hard working and ready to dedicate time to your career to really acheive results and be rewarded with some fantastic incentives and commission. You need to be determined and focussed with a drive to succeed.
The role
The roles available include recruitment, head hunting and sales. Each of our roles comes with full training which is both one on one and classroom based. You will learn every aspect of the role with this in depth training, which is conducted by some of the top trainers and Directors in the industry. The training will include how to map out markets and head hunting techniques for head hunting specific roles and business development techniques / how to close the deal for recruitment and sales based roles. You will learn how to conduct client meetings and candidate interviews as well as negotiation techniques and advertising training. These roles offer variety, great commission (which will see you realistically earning between £35-£45k in your first year) and a great start to a long term career within the recruitment and head hunting industries.
The Company
Cooper Jones Ltd works closely with the top recruitment and head hunting firms in London. These companies are looking to employ a number of ambitious graduates for their trainee schemes across the next few months. Our job is to screen candidates, conduct first stage interviews and tell you about all of the different roles available to you. We will give you advise on which role and company would be most suited to you and we then take away all the stress of having to apply for different roles yourself, by arranging interviews for you with the companies best suited to you. We give you full preparation for each stage of the interview process and guide you through it, ensuring you secure the right job for you. We work closely with a number of different companies who trust us to select the right candidates for them and manage the whole process for them. We work with both large corporate recruitment agencies to small boutique style agencies, to executive search and international head hunting firms.
