€40,000 (negotiable) + bonus scheme + car allowance

This international recruitment company is looking for a French speaking recruitment consultant to work in its expanding Paris office.
This is a unique opportunity to work with a company who are exclusively dedicated to the recruitment of managers and senior executives in Commerce and Industry and the Financial Services sectors. Since the office opened 1 year ago it has grown to a team of 15 and they are now looking to hire 2-3 new recruitment consultants to continue this expansion.
The recruitment consultant will be focusing on business development in English speaking countries, enjoying the structure, support and kudos of a large corporation in an office with a small boutique atmosphere. Your role will involve researching and contacting prospective clients, cold calling, and interacting with clients and candidates of Executive and MD level. It will be your responsibility to manage the assignment process with clients and candidates and play an essential counselling role to both parties.
They are looking for someone who is commercially aware, team orientated and intelligent. Recruitment experience is beneficial, but not essential. This is a demanding but rewarding role that comes with plenty of support in the shape of a structured 6 month training scheme.
