A well established London based Recruitment Consultancy specialising in IT and Accountancy Recruitment with a firm presence in Central Europe is expanding its international footprint with the opening of an office in Dusseldorf, Germany. This office is leveraging from the strong client relationships & business already conducted in to the region and therefore is now hiring skilled Recruitment Consultants to join the team. This company will also consider people with a strong sales background who aspire to developing a career in recruitment- all applicants must be fluent in both German and English languages.
This award winning company has experienced superb year-on-year growth with no signs of slowing down and is ideal for ambitious recruiters or sales people who want to join a dynamic, forward thinking recruitment business. The German office is to open in May 2012 so early starters have the opportunity to commence in London & move across / back to Dusseldorf when the office is set up or move straight in to the new office as hiring will continue throughout the year.
Consultants will be working on either the IT or Accountancy divisions in a full 360 function and will be involved in sales and client development as well as candidate attraction with a dedicated focus on either the IT or Accountancy verticals. If you have experience of recruiting for staff across the IT arena such as SAP, Oracle, Development, Infrastructure, Data markets etc or Part-Qualified/Qualified Accountancy including Audit, Management Accounts, Financial Control and Tax then this will suit you. Full training will be given.

PERSON SPEC:
Must be fluent in German and English - both written and verbal
Must be committed to being in Dusseldorf for the long term or already locally / German based.
Must have a strong flair for sales with experience of B2B Sales or already proven in IT or Accountancy Recruitment
Mature attitude with a strong work ethic, self motivated, career focused, ambitious and dynamic
Applicants should be well rounded with a range of traits that include being team orientated, target driven, able to work well under pressure, assertive, intelligent, caring, modest, proud of doing a job well, have high standards, professional etc
PACKAGE: This company pays a competitive salary plus excellent commission + incentives that include overseas trips, team lunches and other bens.
The base depends on your experience & the level you enter in at and whether you have a recruitment background or coming in as a trainee with sales B2B sales so as a guide 30k Euros - 35k Euros per annum + commission Plus bens etc.
