Job Description

One of the UK's most successful and prestigious accountancy and financial search consultancies currently has an opening for an intelligent, research-minded and financially interested graduate to join its dynamic team. You must be an excellent communicator and team-player with a first or upper second class degree.

You must be able to demonstrate a keen financial interest. You will be given full on the job training and will take immediate responsibility for research, market mapping and lead chasing - with a view to becoming a consultant within a year. The career progression prospects are excellent and the earning potential is phenomenal.

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Excellent communication skills - articulate, good listener, persuasive
• Graduate (ideally 2:1+)
• Confidence, ambition, drive
• Strong work ethic
• Proven track record of working within a sales-focused environment
• Ability to build external and internal relationships
• Ability to acquire an effective working knowledge of the financial markets

THE RIGHT PERSON SHOULD BE EARNING A 6 FIGURE SALARY BY YEAR 3. Languages are a bonus too as there are also roles on the international teams.
