Job Description


Basic £20k-£22k + Uncapped Commission + Incentive Scheme

A number of opportunities have arisen with an International provider of recruitment solutions for a number of lucrative markets including: Oil & Gas, Digital Marketing, Commodities, Trading Accountancy & Finance, Investment Banking, Asset Management, IT, Media Executives and Engineering.

You do not need to have experience in any of the fields mentioned all you need is a desire to learn, as you will be trained by the best in business.

Their unique selling point is that they are a hybrid firm covering both high-end contingency and retained recruitment services. They offer industry leading market knowledge in both the search and selection approach and the client-driven field of contingency recruitment.

They have a fantastic global presence as well as a formidable reach across England. Their current offices include London, Bristol, Essex, New York and offices opening in Dubai Summer 2013 and Los Angeles Spring 2014.

You will be rewarded with a market-leading incentive scheme which includes weekly prizes of £250 shopping vouchers, Michelin-starred restaurant dinners and VIP entry to exclusive venues. They are looking for competitive candidates to enter their trainee scheme at the Junior Headhunter level. The ideal candidates will have an interest in earning uncapped commission on top of their basic salary in what is a very fast-paced and dynamic role.

As a Trainee Headhunter you will be:

  • Reviewing candidates received from advertising / referrals.
  • Conducting interviews with candidates.
  • Obtaining job requirements from clients.
  • Shortlisting and present candidate to clients.
  • Proactively sourcing new clients and attending networking events
  • Headhunting prospective candidates
  • Gather and utilise market information

Successful candidates will have a hard working and target-driven attitude. A good academic background is important as is the desire to be in an environment which offers rapid career progression.

You will be rewarded with an uncapped commission structure which gives you the opportunity to take home £4k+ monthly paycheques within 18 months of starting.
