Established in 2002, our client remains privately owned and managed . They identify and source mid to senior level candidates within the Financial & Professional Services sectors, providing thoroughly qualified professionals to specific vacancies, on time and to budget.
Our client is looking for motivated individuals to join their team of successful recruiters working in Banking and Finance sectors. The role of a Recruitment Consultant is both challenging and rewarding and the environment is fast paced and demanding, the people who succeed in this business are those motivated by success and recognition.
To achieve this growth they are continually looking to attract and retain dynamic and motivated people who are looking to build or further their career in recruitment. High performing individuals are attracted to them for its entrepreneurial spirit, structured training programmes, clear career progression and its remuneration and incentive schemes.
You should be of graduate caliber and preferably in your second job. Good communication and basic IT skills are a must. You will have the ability to build rapport with both new and existing people both over the phone and face-to-face. Previous recruitment experience is of course a must. Essentially we are looking for self-confident applicants who have the ability to think on their feet.
