£30K BASIC + £80-100K OTE

Our client continues with a rapid global expansion plan following the same process of organic growth that took the company from a US $16 million turnover in 1986 to US $3.3 billion today.
Their Finance & Accounting division - is a leading UK provider of permanent and temporary financial and accounting recruitment. It specialises in the placement of specialist clerical, part qualified and qualified accountants within commerce & industry, financial services, professional practice and public sector.
Due to the continued expansion plans they currently require 2 consultants for the permanent team and 1 for the temp team for their City London branch.
You will be educated to degree standard and enjoy working in a busy, varied and challenging job.
Candidate:
* Proven recruitment consultant
* Experienced within either permanent or temporary recruitment
* Strong client-/candidate-facing skills
* Ability to prioritise workload
* Relationship builder
* Strong business development and candidate generation skills
* Hungry, driven and highly motivated individual
Role:
This position is a full recruitment solution position. It will involve generating your own leads, client meetings, candidate generation / interviews and closure.
This client will be able to provide you with an extensive database of clients and candidates, internal support and individual training, a huge market reputation and a large advertising budget.
They will also provide an excellent basic salary, a high and uncapped commission scheme and the realistic opportunity to progress through the company.
