The Package:
Basic salary of up to 30k pa plus excellent OTE and further benefits including 25 days annual leave, healthcare cover.

Our client currently has a vacancy for Recruitment Consultant to join the Banking team. Previous recruitment exposure is desirable with excellently developed negotiation and sales skills.

 

The Person:
Self-motivation is key to this role. The ideal candidate will be highly professional, with first class communication skills. Consultants must be driven by their own success and willing to go the extra mile every time to achieve outstanding results. Working within a fast paced sales environment, you'll manage the full recruitment cycle. Day to day tasks include business development, interviewing candidates and handling vacancies from taking initial job descriptions to negotiating final offers. To succeed, you'll need to have a natural sales ability, be hard working, enthusiastic and have drive, initiative and ambition to succeed. 
A background in either Finance, Banking or Insurance recruitment would be an ideal advantage to this role.
