Resourcer / Trainee Recruitment Consultant London £20-22k basic + £40k OTE Our client provides specialist recruitment services to Finance, Legal and IT sectors. They are REC accredited and offer a first class continuous training scheme to all employees. Key Responsibilities Responsible for providing the following activities: ·Responding to incoming calls, in a polite professional manner. ·Profiling candidates advert response and registered candidates ·Lead generation from candidates and company websites ·Proactively telemarketing for new vacancies with a specified market/geographical region. ·Adding and updating client and candidate records with key information ·Downloading CVs from CV databases Jobsite/Total Jobs etc. ·Market research clients, candidates and competitors. ·Searching vacancies identifying suitable candidates using our recruitment software ·Involvement in marketing exercises to clients and candidates Requirements ·Graduate (ideally) ·Enthusiastic, motivated and eager to learn. ·Previous telesales experience ·Excellent communication and organisation skills. ·Self starter ·Outgoing personality The rewards are very good, both financially and professionally. Lots of scope for progression. Nearly all of the companies Managers started as Consultants within the organisation. You'll definitely feel well supported, we are IIP accredited (Investor In People).
