The company
This established consultancy is a Boutique Executive Search firm that specialise in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Hedge Funds and Private Equity. They work with global investment banks through to niche private equity/ venture capital organisations and specialist advisory firms across the UK, Europe and South East Asia. They are also looking to start a Risk & Compliance Team.

Your background

You are a successful recruitment consultant in your own right. You may be commuting to London and are fed up of the commute. It is not necessary for you to posses a background in search or finance as the company will train you in both aspects, but your interest in the sector is paramount. The experience, knowledge and support of the Directors will compliment your current skills, potential and commitment.

The Role
• Owning and taking responsibility for a defined business, you will be providing Executive Search solutions to clients and an expert advisory service to candidates.
• You will be conducting the full recruitment cycle, including business development and sales to completion of your assignments.
• You will also be comfortable working in an autonomous environment, it is essential that you can self manage, whilst being able to take instruction and guidance when it is needed.
• Involvement in the company’s future direction is encouraged, as for the best people there will be every opportunity to develop your own team and progress through the company to the very top.

• Formed by experienced industry practitioners in 2006, and operating in four core disciplines of Corporate Finance and M&A, Private Equity / Venture Capital , Leveraged Finance & Project and Infrastructure Finance

• Commission levels are well above the industry norm
