With offices in Staines, Uxbridge and Kingston, our client recruit for companies in West London, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Middlesex, Hampshire and Surrey. Due to the on going success they are looking to strengthen their Uxbridge Finance recruitment team.
They have two specialist recruitment divisions, Accounting & Finance and Office Professionals, and all of their consultants are fully trained in their own areas of specialism.
Job Purpose/Summary:
To develop and maintain a profitable desk through generation and service of new and existing Finance & Accountancy clients. Adhering to company procedures. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for fully managing all recruitment related activity in order to maximise the value of the recruitment process to the client and meet performance and contribution targets.
They will provide a professional and efficient service to clients and candidates and establish strong working relationships with them, developing new client and business opportunities in order to maximise turnover and growth profit through the placement of candidates on either permanent or temporary assignments with our clients, observing and exceeding target GP margins.
Duties & Responsibilities
·Carry out sales calls and client visits and assisting the Resourcing Specialist with candidate registrations.
·Research prospect companies and make telephone calls to them to establish need and obtain an appointment to visit, such that a full understanding of their staffing needs is gained.
·Take a clear briefing for every job opportunity. Make sure that other colleagues and divisions are advised of opportunities within their branch and division
·Negotiate with clients and candidates, satisfying their needs without compromising profit margins
·Make sure that clients are advised of our terms of business in a timely manner, and that a signed set of TOB is mailed to clients on every assignment
·Write effective adverts for websites and generate Email shots to be sent to clients.
·Conduct searches for candidates, ensuring a match for our clients
·Interview candidates, either face to face/telephone, effectively establishing candidates' key strengths, matching candidates skills & attributes to clients' job specifications
·Test and reference candidates and ensure compliance to the defined registration process
·Deliver end-to-end consultancy service, exceeding client and candidate expectations.
·Conduct regular formalised reviews with key customers, taking and acting upon feedback, offering innovative solutions, and constantly seeking to improve upon our service
·Develop a strong knowledge of our client and candidate database, maintain constant updates, and ensure compliance with data entry requirements
Person Specification
·Good standard of education.
·Excellent telephone manner clear, concise and articulate.
·Highly customer focused, lateral thinker, problem solver, able to work independently with ability to use own initiative.
·PC literate Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet Usage.
·Experience of utilising job boards and searching online CV databases.
·Experience of navigating recruitment systems and portals.
·Experience of managing multiple roles and resourcing assignments to tight deadlines.
·Tenacious, with the ability to multi-task.
