RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT, BANKING & FINANCE READING
£24-28k basic + £60k OTE
Our client is one of Europe's leading recruitment consultancies handling permanent, contract and temporary appointments in the following sectors:

From their UK base in Central London, and offices in London's Canary Wharf, Reading, Bristol, Edinburgh and Glasgow they provide qualified specialist staff to core areas of the British economy. Due to their ongoing success they are looking to grow their Reading banking division with an experienced consultant, preferably in Finance or Public Sector.
Our client has embarked on an extensive and on-going expansion programme in all their offices and therefore need to experienced recruitment consultants and up to senior managerial posts. They are a demanding employer and set high standards. Their consultants must be proficient, highly skilled, dynamic, proactive, sociable and service-oriented individuals able to quickly grasp complex and changeable situations. They must be good listeners, able to analyse the assignment while also being assessed themselves by their employer. It is important for their consultants to be sociable and enjoy working in a team as well as individually.
All new consultants undertake an intensive 4-week induction course followed up by continuous professional development programme, which is reviewed during regular contact with their manager. This programme includes individualised skill training and the application of practical experience gained from the workplace. This approach encourages consultants to recognise long-term career opportunities.
