Established in 2000 my client is an established recruiter working within the construction, finance and IT sectors, with a great reputation with both candidates and clients alike and a fantastic database which provides an excellent foundation for any recruiter to produce immediate fees !

 

Due to the expansion of the company and the relocation to brand new offices in East Grinstead, we are now looking to recruit construction recruiters to join this dynamic team.

 

As a Recruitment Consultant you will
Develop business relationships/opportunities with both current and potential clients
Attract new candidates to register with Reed
Evaluate clients staffing requirements and assess how best to meet their needs
Find suitable candidates who match your clients vacancies and promote them to your clients 
Manage the entire recruitment process from taking a vacancy through to placing a candidate in the job

To be successful you will have to:
Create and develop a profitable client base through planned business development
Promote Reeds range of services to clients and candidates, largely on the phone but also through client meetings, presentations and networking events
Foster strong relationships with your clients and strive to exceed their expectations
Ensure you are up to date with developments in your specialist sector and with your competitors activities, making you an expert in your local market
Negotiate terms with clients
Use your initiative and creativity to find good quality candidates from a variety of sources
Advertise your vacancies in a range of media, including (web address removed)
Interview candidates, manage their expectations and gain their commitment
