Trainee Recruitment Consultant - IT, Legal, HR, Finance Recruitment - to £16k + OTE £35k-£40k! - Yorkshire Your Profile Are you looking for a fantastic Sales opportunity with phenomenal earning potential and endless career progression? As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will be a self-motivated individual with the determination to succeed in a competitive and fast-paced Sales environment. Experience in a Sales environment would be beneficial though not essential, however previous commercial office experience is needed. You will be aware of the nature of a targeted environment and the demands of a commission-based role. You will be able to demonstrate your competitive nature and your eagerness to grow your career in Recruitment. The Role Due to a number of successful contract wins and rapid expansion, the need has arisen for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join this successful team. You will be involved in the full Recruitment life cycle and will be comfortable in a role that focuses on the Business Development and Sales focus of the role. You will be in control of your own career progression - the sky really is the limit and you will have the support to help you do this along the way.
