We are looking to appoint an experienced recruitment professional with previous experience in both retained and contingent assignments in various sectors.

As you would expect from a recruitment business, a key task for us is to identify and develop our own people. We invest heavily in skills and knowledge development to ensure that our employees are fully equipped to perform their roles to the best of their ability.  After a thorough induction, new employees follow tailored development plans based around the core competencies needed to do their jobs. Learning occurs via a variety of methods, combining in-house training and coaching with relevant external courses. This learning is then supplemented throughout people's careers with us by ongoing personal reviews and training needs analysis.
