A UK
based consultancy has branched out to Copenhagen
and is looking for people to join their FMCG team. They have been established since 1988 and
have offices in the Uk and Europe and are very successful in the market place. They recruit for Consumer and Food and Drink
verticals across Europe they recruit across a range of sectors in Europe and
are looking to develop in Scandinavia and servicing a range of clients, to
include global leading blue chip companies to the smaller privately owned
companies.
ROLE
The role will entail a mix of new business development and
building relationships with your clients once established, you will work in a
full cycle role and control the process of interview through to offer with the
client and candidate. You will be sitting in front of senior level management
when negotiating contracts so you will need to be credible and have a good
knowledge of the FMCG industry not necessarily in a recruitment role but understanding
the process would help. The company have good training process in place and
look forward to bringing people up through the ranks
PERSON SPEC: ATTRIBUTES, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
· You will need to be fluent in Swedish, Danish or Norwegian and English
· The team is very dynamic and lively, so a positive personality, a strong work ethic and high standards towards your work as well as your personal presentation are paramount to my client.
· Good personality, bright and intelligent.
· Ideally you will be of graduate calibre or the European equivalent
·
Have experience of the FMCG markets and have
credibility and gravitas to hold your own with senior industry experts.
PACKAGE
Working for this company you can expect to receive a basic
of £25k - £30k basic +comm.
And if you work hard
they believe in paying good bonuses too.
