Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Retail Recruitment, London, £40K OTE Year 1 Your Profile If you are a graduate, with some proactive sales experience and you are keen to launch your career within the exciting world of recruitment, then this is the opportunity you have been looking for! This prestigious client recruits for some of the world's leading brands and as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will have the opportunity to work with these hugely successful and high profile accounts. To fuel their continued success they are seeking self-motivated, career-minded and sales focused individuals who want to be the best Recruitment Consultants in the industry. You will have a background in business sales, have experience working to sales targets and be of a graduate calibre. Alternatively you could already be working in the industry as a Resourcer or Trainee Consultant and feel your true potential is not being realised. The Role You will be responsible for developing new business and will also have the ability to build excellent client relationships whilst managing the needs of candidates. If you are successful in developing business, you will have the opportunity to earn significant bonuses and commission on top of your basic salary. There is an opportunity for you to earn fantastic commission in your first year, receive a car allowance after your first twelve months, not to mention additional perks and bonuses. You will need a good understanding of the recruitment industry, excellent sales and business development skills and the ability and desire to succeed in a demanding and fast paced environment.
