The Role:
Recruitment Consultant, Manufacturing Recruitment - Warrington WA2
This is a 360 degree role and encompasses business development through to search in the following markets within manufacturing recruitment:
HR
Supply Chain, Logistics
Operations
Research and Development (R&D)
Food-Technical
Basic salary is negotiable for experience to £25K for some roles; the commission scheme is uncapped and most consultants should achieve c£60K OTE in their first year with our client. You:
Recruitment Consultant, Manufacturing Recruitment - Warrington WA2
Ideally, recent and successful experience as a Recruitment Consultant within one of the sectors above or,
Recent and successful experience as a Recruitment Consultant from any commercial background (High Street, Finance, Office Support, IT, Administration, Technical, etc).
You must have experience of the permanent recruitment cycle.
In addition:
You must have experience of the whole recruitment process, including new business development. Account managers will not be considered for these roles.
You must also have a full, reasonably clean driving licence, and access to a car for client visits. These visits could be nationwide.
Strong business development skills
Strong client facing skills
A strong and provable billing history
Package:
Basic salary to £25k
Car allowance after probationary period.
Commission on all billings (up to 25%)
