Are you looking to make your move across to Australia focusing on executive recruitment in the retail space?

Our client is one of Melbourne and Australia's most reputable recruitment firms. They have an opportunity to take on either an experienced Sales & Marketing Recruiter with an interest in Retail who is familiar with working on a retained basis, or a an experienced Retail Recruitment Consultant looking to make the transition to retained, executive recruitment.

With a specific focus of placing roles starting from $120-250K in to the Retail sector, this role will see you working on a very warm client base as you are trained in how to recruit on a retained basis - with a view to then further grow and develop your portfolio within the Retail space over the next 6-12 months.

In return, you can expect to be mentored by a team full of experience and the ability to work autonomously whilst leveraging off each other's clients and networks.

Visa Sponsorship

Visa sponsorship is available for the successful candidate. In order for us to help you and to qualify for a business sponsorship (457) visa, you will need to have a degree and a minimum of two years recruitment experience. If you do not have a degree you will need to have 5 years + recruitment experience.
