My client is a leader within IT Recruitment across Europe and with offices in 6 countries they are well placed to provide both permanent and contract recruitment solutions on both a local and European perspective.

They are now seeking a Manager to lead and motivate a team of 3 IT Recruiters based in central Amsterdam. Recruiting for clients across the north and east of Holland you will have a hands-on approach and be capable of performance managing and leading a dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years IT recruitment experience and first-hand knowledge of the local market. You must have previous team leading or management experience and will be a determined and resilient character who is highly self-motivated.
You will be responsible for a mixture of new business and account management and will ideally have experience of both contract/interim and permanent recruitment within any sector of information technology. A good listener with a persuasive but likeable nature you will be a team player capable of generating growth and contributing to the overall increase in contractor headcount and gross profit.
