THE JOB
To support our consulting and business development functions we are looking to hire additional team members who will be charged with building out existing accounts and working candidates in a senior delivery function. This role will see you working with the research team, consolidating candidates, producing profiles, maintaining a firm map of your market whilst tracking then through work flow management software. On the client side you will be working with existing accounts with responsibility with fleshing out new business units that can be targeted, new hiring managers whilst keeping strong links with existing contacts, all of this is likely to be achieved through strong delivery and a professional polished approach. You will be expected to engage face to face with clients and candidates, this is not a desk job, it is everything that a 360 degree consultants does other than new business.
ABOUT YOU
Ideally you will have some experience in healthcare recruitment. As a minimum you will have an interest and an understanding in this dynamic, interesting sector. During your recruitment career you will have a strong proven track record in managing and building out accounts. Your data mining skills will be matched by shrewd lateral thinking; you will be a fearless headhunter, highly persuasive and passionate when selling opportunities. Post call you will be able to manage these candidates on a tight tracking cycle through software and sharp attention to detail. Whilst we would prefer career account managers and associates we also equally happy to consider people who are want to do this as a leapfrog to being a fee senior fee earner. Our environment is very meritocratic.
