• Professional Services sector

Due to an internal restructure this role has become available within this recognizable legal institution. Reporting into the head of talent acquisition this role is a pivotal role in the business enabling hiring mangers access to outstanding candidates through your proactive candidate sourcing strategies. The role will suit someone who is looking to develop their skills as this business encourages its staff to transfer to other departments to gain broader business skills. In this role your responsibilities will include;

·        The on-going development of best practice recruitment

·        Effective development of EVP

·        Managing Time to hire/cost to hire

·        Project Management(graduate recruitment)

You will have internal recruitment experience preferably but not essentially in a professional services sector. Outstanding consultative skills and strong influencing skills will be essential to ensure that you effectively manage expectations of the hiring managers.
