Almost the finished article our client is a market leader in hospitality recruitment and seeks additional headcount to complete its team. Offering a detailed recruitment process to its ever expanding client base this SME based in the Charing Cross area turns over + £6 million per annum and offers temps, perm and contract solutions to its candidates.

 

Run by two well known figures in the recruitment industry in Scotland this role will see you dovetailing 3 consultants, managing key accounts and growing the business in line with its business plan. Full autonomy is offered due to the adult feel to the business our clients wants you to treat your desk like your own business and rewards staff with up to 40% of their annual billings.

 

Your background will include but not be restricted to:

 

·        6 month plus recruitment experience

·        Strong sales skills at business level

·        An understanding of the hospitality industry and knowledge of either temp or perm placements

·        An understanding of delivery to clients with a proven track record of success in the recruitment industry
