RPO New Business Consultant based in London (city)
This is a fantastic opportunity for sales focused recruiter to develop their knowledge and understanding of the RPO arena.
Summary:
To support the sales process through the identification of new business opportunities for our clients RPO division from a targeted and nominated client base. Responsible for qualifying new business opportunities through the sales call process, presenting our clients RPO solutions at new business meetings and maintaining relationships with clients through the initial sales process.
Responsibilities:
·Identify and qualify new business opportunities through the sales call process
·Understand our clients RPO solutions and articulate services to clients in sales calls and initial meetings
·Awareness and identification or opportunities for our clients consulting division
·Identifies innovative approaches for our client to win new business opportunities
·Follow-up new business leads
·Initiate cross-fertilisation meetings with colleagues
·Develop a network of contacts within the RPO industry
·Market research across industry sector, collecting competitor information
·Promote the brand, working with the marketing team to utilise market literature effectively
Competencies:
·Able to build collaborative working relationships with colleagues and share knowledge
·Able to articulate self well with both written and verbal communication
·Fosters a spirit of perseverance, encouragement and determination
·Able to plan time and takes responsibility for managing targets
·Commercially aware and develops market knowledge
Skills and Experience:
·Understanding of sales process essential, able to demonstrate successes
·Demonstrates a professional approach to own work and team interactions
·Good listening and negotiation skills
·Confident presentation skills, both written and verbal
·Good time management skills, experience of meeting and exceeding targets
Industry Experience and Qualifications:
·1-2 years experience in a new business/sales role, preferably within a recruitment or HR environment
·Preferably degree qualified
