A unique opportunity has arisen to join an award-winning recruitment firm in central London. The company is hoping to take on 2 - 3 language speakers at a graduate trainee level.
German and French speakers are needed to join the successful London team who work within the European markets. You will be based in a central London office with the opportunity to accompany the Managing Director on business trips to Switzerland, France and Germany.
You do not need recruitment experience however previous sales experience is useful. We are looking for high achieving graduates with a competitive background and an ambitious attitude!
The job involves sourcing the ideal candidates for a range of clients dealing in the IT, Finance, Healthcare and Pharmaceutical markets. This is done by attracting new business through new and creative advertising and building up lasting relationships with clients so that you understand their needs and the markets they deal in.
The training for this role is structured to suit you. You will be expected to learn fast and prove your trainability by taking on constructive criticism. The faster you learn, the faster you can start earning commission!
The amount you earn is entirely in your hands. Each successful placement earns you commission on top of your basic salary and the amount of placements you can make is unlimited! There are also incentives in place to keep you working hard. These can be anything from monthly lunch clubs to season tickets, champagne to mini-breaks and 5* holidays!
