Our client is a market leader in the healthcare and social care sector, covering a range of healthcare specific markets both here in the UK and overseas. The company operates from their luxury offices in Central London recruiting healthcare and social care professional in the UK aswell as internationally.

Vacancy Details:

Due to the current success our client is looking to grow their social care team with either an experienced consultant or a driven and determined trainee. This is a 360 recruitment role placing nurses and managers into Nursing and Residential Homes, Mental Health Units, etc. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to come into a warm desk with existing clients that has fantastic long term potential.

Requirements:

You will have a proven track record as a recruitment consultant or you will be an enthusiastic and determined trainee looking to develop a longe term career in healthcare recruitment. Experience recruiting nurses or other healthcare professionals would be particularly desirable however our client will be happy to see strong recruiters or trainees from other sectors who have a desire to move into Healthcare/Social care.

Remuneration:

Remuneration will be a competitive basic salary with an excellent bonus and commission scheme. The commission structure offered is highly competitive and once fully established in your role you can realistically expect to earn between £40k-£50k.
