Exciting opportunity for an experienced temp's recruiter to make the move into account management! I'm looking for a 2 year recruiter with temps experience to recruit in the Essex area; knowledge of Public Sector recruitment would be beneficial.
My client is looking for an account manager to work in the busy Cheltenham office delivering on a major account within a niche market sector. You will be working on the social care desk filling positions from domiciliary assistants to qualified social care workers to temp and contract roles. This is a fast paced role and will require someone who has experience of up to 50 placements per month. You will also be responsible for talking to and liaising with agency recruiters from the PSL; this however will be secondary to your candidate generation. This is an end to end recruitment role and you will be expected to deliver strategic solutions and candidate attraction concepts whilst maximising the current talent pool.
An account manager's role is in essence a recruiter with NO NEW BUSINESS! You will forge relationships with the client you are working for, and spend your time on candidate attraction and qualification. Therefore, you must have excellent questioning skills along with the will and want to gain candidate exclusivity. You will have a junior working alongside you who will help with your admin and also with your candidate attraction and they will be your direct report.
Requirements:
· Temp/Contract Recruitment experience
· Ideally Social care recruitment experience
