ROLE:
Rapidly expanding reputable Healthcare/Education Consultancy with a National presence are looking for experienced, proven recruiters within the senior healthcare market within Allied Health, Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists / Doctors and Education The company are agreed providers of Healthcare Personnel staff to local authorities and is a recognised preferred supplier throughout the UK.
Part of your role will be to service these accounts as well as winning new business.
The role offers a lot of autonomy with support from an experienced Manager within a successful team.
EXPERIENCE:
Healthcare or Education experience ideal although they will consider consultants/team leaders with a stable work history within other professional sectors within recruitment.
You should be an established recruiter and a good team player as well as able to handle company policies and procedures and ensure that legalities are strictly adhered to.
A proven track record in growing new business and developing business is ideal although you will walk into a warm desk
Ideally you will have experience in high volume locum/temporary recruitment of qualified staff.
