Up to £20k basic + benefits, bonus

COMPANY:
A specialist Healthcare recruitment agency supplying skilled and experienced healthcare assistants, support workers and qualified nurses to the NHS, clients in their own homes, local residential homes, nursing homes, physical impairment homes and units learning disability homes and centres. The offices are registered with the CSCI for the supply of qualified nurses and domiciliary care services and are on the PASA framework agreement, working in partnership with the NHS by supplying staff to local hospitals and NHS establishments.

ROLE:
This will be a full consultants role of interviewing, selection and candidate marketing, client sales, marketing and Business Development

You will be managing a desk and developing new business within the specified market area whilst marketing workers to existing and prospective clients on a daily basis and ensuring all care staff have up to date certificates as required by Care Standards

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
A recruitment consultant is required with knowledge of the healthcare and homecare industry.
A professional, honest person
Someone who can work on their own initiative
Self-motivation and enthusiasm
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Proven track record in achieving targets
