Recruitment Consultant - Healthcare

* £16,000 - £20,000 Basic Salary
* Uncapped and fantastic bonus structure
* OTE yr 1 £40K+

Our client has a well known name within the Health Care market. They have a good regional reputation and some fantastic expansion plans for 2012. They are wishing to appoint a Recruitment Consultant to work on an existing healthcare desk. The aim of the role is to place candidates within roles and to forecast client requirements in order to maximise the sales potential of your desk. You will be concentrating on placing, candidates within care homes and institutions.

This is a 360 degree role and will include
*Interviewing
*Advertising
*Marketing
*Compliance
*Working to targets
*Referencing
*Lead generation
*Sales : both over the phone and face to face

To succeed in this role you will demonstrate excellent communications and negotiation skills, planning ability, time management and professionalism.
The ability to build relationships, plan, sell and think around problems is essential.
If you are bright, ambitious, articulate, hard working and a real people person this opportunity will provide you with a stimulating challenge which will constantly exercise and develop your personal qualities.

Previous experience within a recruitment environment is essential as is a full UK driving license.
