Experiencing unprecedented growth already in 2011, my client's Manchester, Leeds and Birmingham office have become focal points for the firm's recruitment expansion.
In order to recruit the next generation of Recruitment Directors and Senior Recruitment Consultants, my client is seeking hungry, money-motivated candidates with the charisma and competitive nature to succeed in Recruitment.
To be a successful applicant you must have a proven track record of success in a target-driven sales environment. In return, you will be the recipient of a world-class recruitment training program designed to give you all the necessary skills and tools to build your own database of candidates and clients.
My client has an uncapped commission structure in place, enabling candidates to maximise their personal earnings. Year 1 earnings of £35k+ are a realistic target.
In addition, my client has a host of extra monthly incentives available designed to reward successful recruitment consultants. These include:

* All expenses paid holidays to Marbella and Ibiza.
