Job Description

International recruitment consultancy with a range of professional recruitment brands seeking a senior level HR Recruiter for their Sydney office. You will be dealing with predominantly retained clients on salaries of $150k or more including HR Managers, HR Directors, Compensation and Benefits Specialists, Training and Development professionals and will demonstrate a desire to build long term relationships with key decision makers with new and existing clients.

You will have a successful track record in HR recruitment

Ability to demonstrate high levels of candidate and client care and a real desire to deliver quality and the best possible service

Negotiating with senior level contacts on fees and PSLs
