Job Description

My client is a niche boutique HR specialist recruitment business; they have been established for over 6 years. They have built an excellent name in the market and are very well respected.

They now have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Consultant with at least 5 years experience to join the team. You would be placing senior HR interm's contractors (300 per day) into the Financial Services market. The client is on PSL's with a number of global banks and need someone to come in who is confident in their approach to build relationships with Line Managers.

The client is open on sector experience as long as you have experience in recruiting at a senior level.
The client offers an attractive basic salary, a good commission structure that includes a monthly, quarterly and annual bonus scheme.
