Ideally they are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years recruitment experience - ideally recruiting HR professionals into either Interim or Permanent positions. However recruiters from professional services who have shown an interest in HR previously through either work experience or studies may also be considered.
You will be joining a small team, working to develop new business across vertical markets so strong relationship building skills are essential. You must also be professional in manner and appearance and confident dealing at a senior level.
