HR Recruitment Consultant London
Base Salary to £40k + Uncapped Commission + Superb Benefits
This is a chance to work for one of the most prestigious consultancies in the UK recruitment market. With a global network and a fantastic brand they are looking for strategic, experienced consultants to join the expanding London office. With a reputation for professionalism and creating strong client and candidate relationships, much of the existing business is on a retained basis.
With at least 12 months recruitment experience ideally within the HR sector, you will have an excellent sales background and evidence of your ability to develop new business in a competitive market. The excellent ongoing training will ensure you are fully knowledgeable in the developments of your sector.
Responsible for the recruitment of a wide range of HR staff into corporate environments for blue chip clients, you will have exceptional skills at candidate liaison, interviewing techniques and candidate screening.
You will be based in luxury offices in London and rewarded with a generous base salary, uncapped commission and exceptional benefits including gym membership, car allowance and the chance of international travel.
