Recruitment / Perms Senior Recruitment Consultant - Accountancy and Finance - Manchester

The Package:
Basic salary upto £28k depending on ability with excellent monthly commission based on individual performance. This is a great opportunity to run an already very warm desk!
Holiday entitlement is 23 days holiday rising to a maximum of 28 days, Company pension scheme and Life assurance.
Comprehensive training with regular appraisal and reviews.

The Person Spec:
Our client is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join the team in Manchester to expand the business further by winning new contracts and servicing existing clients.
If you have a recruitment background at any level and are searching for a fresh, exciting and dynamic opportunity with potential this could be the company you have been waiting for you.
You must be able to demonstrate a progressive career history coupled with sales skills and tenacity then this could be an excellent opportunity for you!
With a three-month training plan the brief will be to work within a team, to tight deadlines and targets, running a perms desk.
